Business Development Manager

Windsor, ON

The role of the terminal manager consists of overseeing the terminal’s operations by:

• Point of contact for the terminal
• Directing transportation activities to maintain efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Secure & Control ingress and egress of the yard
• Monitoring the budgets, operational metrics, and compliance
• Prepare and provide regular reporting on the operation of the terminal
• Habilitated to negotiate and secure leasing agreement with various potential tenants.
• Seeking for potential long-term tenants
• Oversee hiring and supervising vendors for the maintenance and repairs of the terminal
• Safety and wellbeing of the terminal
• Support the equipment’s control and building maintenance team if needed
• All other related tasks

Requirements

• 5 years’ experience in a management role in transportation and logistics
• College diploma and/or university degree
