Role

  • Scan and index different documents (proof of delivery, etc.) in RVI
  • Process payment to carriers for certain movements
  • Pay weekly manifests for drivers in AS400
  • Verify that the PO number has been entered into AS400 by the team leader for reimbursement to drivers
  • Contact with the Operations department and Team Manager for special payments.
  • All other tasks related to payments carriers/drivers and owner operator
  • Data entry in Payroll System Ceridian (Create new employee, pay vacations, sick time, Terminations and issue ROE)
  • Support for team members during vacations and Holidays.

Requirements

  • College diploma in accounting or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of the transportation industry, an asset
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of the AS400, an asset
  • Ability to work in a team
