Financial Analyst – Vaudreuil | C.A.T. NA

C.A.T. North America is a transportation company in business for over 45 years. The company has experienced significant growth in the past few years, both organically and via acquisitions. Today, C.A.T. is a conglomerate with companies in Canada, the US, and Mexico and is looking for a dynamic candidate to join its Accounting and Finance Team for the following opportunity in Vaudreuil.

Role

• Participate in the month-end process and in the monthly financial analysis
• Complete journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare monthly and quarterly operating reports
• Respond to third-party requests from auditors and banks, as required
• Assist in the budget process
• Develop and maintain different financial reports as needed

Skills and Expertise

• Good oral and written communication skills in both French and English
• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work with tight deadlines
• Advanced knowledge of Excel

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
