As a planner you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers shipments get picked up on time and to their destination on time all while making sure to keep our fleet of drivers productive and rolling.


  • Update on a daily basis the trailers’ status
  • Match loads and drivers for efficiency and productivity
  • Manage empty miles.
  • Calculate the service hours to ensure the delivery is on time
  • Manage and adapt to situations such as a change of driver on a USA highway
  • Locate the position of trucks and trailers with the AS400 system


  • College degree or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience
  • Written and oral bilingualism (French/English)
  • Perseverance and alertness to priorities and urgency
  • Ensure proper monitoring
  • Basic knowledge of transportation regulations and geography
