About the role;

Sales & Marketing Coordinator


As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator for C.A.T. you will be a key component in the smooth operation and success of our sales teams across all divisions of C.A.T. We’re looking for an energetic, highly motivated, self-sufficient individual who has a passion for sales and marketing. You will coordinate our sales and marketing efforts while ensuring our digital tools, social media platforms and social customer interactions represent the high standards of excellence C.A.T. is known for. This role offers an opportunity to help shape how we maximize our sales and marketing performance across North America.


Duties will include, but are not limited to,

  • Liaise between business development, sales and marketing teams to ensure optimal use of CRM and lead generation system.
  • Help maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for CRM & Lead Generation platforms across all divisions
  • Stay abreast of best practices and appropriate uses for technology as it relates to sales, business development & marketing.
  • Assist in the development and execution of content calendars, including posting and maintaining content for campaigns.
  • Manage, monitor and respond to all digital inquires about C.A.T. and its various divisions
  • Report frequently on landing page performance and understand levers to pull to optimize against our goals.
  • Source, control brand standards & manage inventory of marketing and promotional materials for all divisions
  • Understand competitive landscape of category and vendors and understand industry benchmarking of cost.
  • Work alongside the Vice President of Business Development and Marketing to coordinate all marketing aspects across all divisions and brands.


  • Fluent in English & French (written and spoken)
  • Ability to speak & write in Spanish is a plus
  • High Energy & Positive Attitude
  • Able to travel within Canada and the United States (approx. 10%)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
  • Good communication skills and ability to provide effective feedback.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment and meet deadlines.
  • Microsoft office suite proficiency
  • Understanding of social networks such as Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, etc..
  • Knowledge of certain software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, etc..
