Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative for C.A.T. Global, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing assistance. Fluency in both English and French is required for effective communication with our diverse clientele.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding pick ups, deliveries, POD’s and general shipment
  • Proactively communicate potential service delays to our customers and all stakeholders
  • Work with brokers and logistics companies to fill capacity when necessary
  • Preparation and regular updating of customer specific reports via email or websites
  • Work in conjunction with team managers and planners to provide a high level of satisfaction for our customers while simultaneously pursuing efficiencies for C.A.T
  • Inform customers of other services provided by C.A.T and upsell when appropriate
  • Anticipate customer needs and facilitate resolution to issues


Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Extremely detail oriented, highly organized and an ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of transportation business is an asset
  • Customer service: 1 year
